Accessibility

If any part of this website or our office is difficult for you to use, tell us and we will fix it or find another way to get you what you need.

What we are aiming for

We build this site to work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA. That is the standard most commonly referenced for public websites in the United States.

We are describing an aim, not claiming a certificate. The site has not been through a formal third-party audit. If something here does not work for you, that is a fault worth reporting rather than something you should have to work around.

Tell us about a problem

Call 720-909-3019 or email info@synergydentistryco.com. Tell us the page and what went wrong — and if it helps, what you were using to read it. We aim to respond within two business days.

If you need any information from this site in another format — read to you over the phone, printed in large type, or emailed as plain text — just ask. We will not send you round in circles for it.

What we have built in

Readable structure

Pages use proper headings in order, so a screen reader can navigate by heading rather than reading everything from the top.

Described images

Every photograph carries a text description. Decorative elements are marked so they are skipped rather than announced.

Keyboard navigation

Everything can be reached and operated with a keyboard alone, and the focused element is visibly outlined so you can see where you are.

Contrast and type

Text is set at a comfortable size with contrast against its background, and the page reflows if you enlarge it in your browser.

Works on a phone

The layout adapts down to small screens without horizontal scrolling, and the tap targets are large enough to hit.

Reduced motion

If your device is set to minimise animation, the site respects that setting.

Where we fall short

Two parts of this site come from other companies and we do not control how accessible they are: the Google map on the contact page, and the online booking service the booking buttons lead to.

You never have to use either. Our address is written out in text beside the map, and you can book any appointment by calling or texting 720-909-3019. If the booking service does not work for you, the phone always will.

Getting into the office

The practice is a ground-floor suite with step-free access and free parking directly outside the door.

If you need extra time, assistance getting into the building, a longer appointment, or any other accommodation, tell us when you book. It is easier for everyone when we know in advance, and we would rather arrange it properly than improvise on the day.

Both doctors and much of the team speak English, Spanish and Portuguese.
