Monthly payment options
We work with third-party financing so larger treatment can be spread over monthly payments. We will tell you the monthly figure before you decide, not after.
HSA and FSA
Most dental treatment is eligible, including many cosmetic procedures. Worth checking before the end of your plan year.

How does enrollment and payment work?
You pay the annual fee when you join, and the plan is active immediately — there is no separate registration fee and no waiting period. Fees are non-refundable, and any treatment beyond what the plan covers is due on the day it is provided.
What if I use all my cleanings before the year is up?
You can pay for the extra visit out of pocket, or start a new membership year early and reset your cleanings. Either way your 20% treatment discount keeps running to the end of the term you paid for.
How long does a plan last?
Each plan runs for one full calendar year from your registration date, and coverage ends at the close of that term.
What is not covered?
The 20% treatment discount excludes whitening and orthodontics. Plans do not cover specialist referrals outside our office, treatment related to workplace injuries covered by workers' compensation, or procedures outside the treating dentist's scope of care.
Can I combine this with insurance or another discount?
No. Membership benefits cannot be combined with dental insurance or any other discount program, including senior or cash-payment discounts.
What happens if I miss an appointment?
A $50 fee may apply if an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice. Call us as early as you can and it is usually not an issue.
Does the plan cover my whole family?
Each membership covers one person. Ask us about enrolling a family — call the office on 720-909-3019 and we will work out what makes sense.
