On West Jewell Avenue in Lakewood, a few minutes from Belmar and Green Mountain, and an easy drive from Edgewater, Wheat Ridge and west Denver.
Ground-floor suite with step-free access. Tell us when you book if you need extra time or assistance and we will arrange it.
Both doctors are fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese, and so is much of the team. Book and be treated in whichever you think in.
Call. We would much rather rearrange than have you rush, and we can usually make it work.
Say so when you call. We strive to see emergencies the same or the next business day and hold time each day for them.

How soon can I get an appointment?
New patient appointments are usually available within the same week. Emergencies we strive to see the same or the next business day.
Do you take my insurance?
We are in network with most major PPO plans — Delta Dental, Aetna, Cigna, UnitedHealthcare, MetLife, Guardian, Humana, United Concordia, Ameritas, Principal and Sun Life among them — and we accept Colorado Medicaid. Call with your plan details and we will verify your specific coverage before you come in.
What ages do you treat?
Patients 13 and up. Younger children do better at a pediatric practice set up for them, and we are glad to recommend one.
Can I book without calling?
Yes — use the Book an appointment button at the top of any page and pick a time that suits you.
Is email a safe way to send X-rays or medical details?
No. Please do not send health information by email. Call us and we will send you a secure link, or bring records with you.
